You can cancel your hosting account at any time through your client area:

- Select the hosting package you wish to cancel
- Click "Request Cancellation"
- Choose immediate or end-of-billing-period cancellation
Yes, you can change your billing cycle at any time. When your current term is nearing expiration, you'll have the option to switch between monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, or triennial billing cycles. Some discounts may only be available for longer-term commitments.
We provide a 7-day grace period after your due date. During this time:
- Your services remain active
- You'll receive payment reminders
- After 7 days, services are suspended
- After 30 days, accounts and data may be permanently deleted
